To give purpose and dignity to people living with dementia by providing compassionate, farm-based activities that promote cognitive, physical, social and emotional well-being, to provide respite and education to caregivers and to train the next generation of dementia care providers, while maintaining the highest standards in dementia expertise and professional ethics.

The Memory Farm is following COVID-19 guidelines and will not be open for in-takes in April as planned. We are staying positive and hope to open our doors again on May 1st. Please watch our Facebook and website for updates.
